Since the beginning, our Local Authority clients have asked us for independent advice as to where they should buy tickets. We were ideally placed to hear feedback from all users across the country and we heard both good things and bad things.

It was therefore inevitable that one day we would go into the business of ticket supply ourselves and it is probable surprising that it took until 1995 for us to do it.

By that time our combined knowledge of the market was vast, ticket types and styles, pitfalls, individual factory strengths and weaknesses, customer requirements. We were able to put it all together and by using our increasing buying power, we were able to pass on large benefits and savings to Local Authorities who converted over to us as total suppliers. Our list of Councils to whom we supply continues to grow at a controlled and steady rate which ensures that our level of service remains paramount.
